NOW...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED AN AREA OF LIGHT SHOWERS MOVING EAST FROM SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA, NORTHERN DELAWARE, AND NORTHEAST MARYLAND THIS MORNING. MOST OF THE SHOWERS ARE QUITE LIGHT BUT SINCE THE ATMOSPHERE IS VERY MOIST, THERE COULD BE A FEW EMBEDDED HEAVIER SHOWERS. MOST AREAS WILL REMAIN DRY BUT SOME LOCATIONS COULD GET A BRIEF SHOWER BETWEEN NOW AND 10 AM. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL GENERALLY BE A TENTH OF AN INCH OR LESS, BUT THERE COULD BE A FEW ISOLATED LOCATIONS WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS.
