THROUGH 645 AM...MOST OF THE SNOW WILL FALL ROUGHLY 25 MILES EITHER SIDE OF A LINE FROM GILMER TO WASKOM TEXAS. ADDITIONAL SNOW WILL BE SEEN ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AS AN UPPER LEVEL LOW ROTATES INTO THE REGION. IN THE BANDS OF HEAVIER SNOWFALL...1 TO 2 INCH ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY ON ELEVATED SURFACES. WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS...OCCASIONALLY GUSTING UP TO 30 MILES AN HOUR...WILL RESULT IN TEMPERATURES FEELING AS IF THEY ARE HOVERING AROUND 20 EARLY THIS MORNING. KEEP IN MIND THAT A WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM TODAY.
