AT 11 AM...THIS ACTIVITY IS INCREASING ACROSS THE MID STATE BOTH IN AREA AND INTENSITY...AND THE HEAVIEST OF THE RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING OVER THE NORTHWEST PORTIONS OF THE MID STATE. RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS WILL GENERALLY BE A TENTH OF AN INCH PER HOUR OR LESS...EXCEPT IN HEAVIER DOWNPOURS. MOVEMENT IS NORTH TO NORTHEAST AROUND 25 MILES AN HOUR.
