FROM IDABEL...TO TALCO...AND FROM CARTHAGE...TO ZAVALLA. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST NEAR 30 MPH. EXPECT PATCHY RAIN AND SHOWERS TO INCREASE ACROSS THE AREA BY DAYBREAK. ISOLATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL GENERALLY BE AT MOST A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH...THROUGH 6 AM.
