IN ADDITION...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FORMING IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS WILL CONTINUE TO HEAD NORTHWEST INTO KELBERG...JIM WELLS...AND DUVAL COUNTY. RESIDENTS AND MARINERS SHOULD EXPECT BRIEF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL...ISOLATED CLOUD TO SURFACE LIGHTNING...AND GUSTY WINDS WITH THE HEAVIER ACTIVITY. INLAND RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE GENERALLY LESS THAN ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS UP TO 1 INCH.
