CANADIAN...MIAMI...AND PAMPA. VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED TO A QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES. MOTORISTS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION DUE TO RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES.
