THE MAIN AREAS WILL BE FROM PIKE COUNTY...TO HOT SPRINGS...TO VAN BUREN...TO HEBER SPRINGS...TO FULTON COUNTY. THE RAIN WILL REACH THE LITTLE ROCK AREA AROUND 530 TO 6 AM. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL MAINLY BE LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH...BUT WITH ANY HEAVIER SHOWER OR STORM...A FEW TENTHS OF AN INCH TO AROUND A QUARTER OF AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE. ALSO PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL BE SEEN IN SPOTS. A COLD FRONT WILL GRADUALLY MOVE ACROSS ARKANSAS TODAY AND DEVELOP THE RAIN.
