.NOW...AT 11:30 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADARS CONTINUED TO INDICATE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS AFFECTING EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. THE ACTIVITY WAS LOCATED NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40. THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE LOCATED FROM WEDDINGTON TO STIGLER. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. THROUGH 1 PM...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH EASTWARD AND AFFECT PORTIONS OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS...MAINLY NORTH AND WEST OF A BERRYVILLE...TO FORT SMITH...TO MCALESTER LINE. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL OCCUR IN AN AREA FROM FAYETTEVILLE...TO SALLISAW...TO POTEAU. BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WILL ACCOMPANY ANY OF THE STRONGER STORMS. RAINFALL TOTALS THROUGH 1 PM COULD REACH ONE INCH IN A FEW LOCALIZED AREAS. MOST LOCATIONS SHOULD SEE FROM ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF INCH OF RAIN.
