THE SHOWERS AND STORMS WERE DEVELOPING ALONG AND AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT MOVING SOUTHEAST INTO THE NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA. THIS ACTIVITY ALONG THE FRONT WAS LOCATED NORTH OF INTERSTATE 44...WITH THE BULK OF THE ACTIVITY ALONG AND SOUTH OF A BRISTOW TO BRAGGS TO WATALULA LINE...MOVING TO THE EAST AT AROUND 25 MILES AN HOUR. THROUGH 9:30 PM...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE MAJORITY OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS...WITH THE BULK OF THE ACTIVITY MAINLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF A BRISTOW TO MUSKOGEE TO WATALULA LINE. STRONG GUSTY WINDS TO 50 MILES AN HOUR...TORRENTIAL RAINS...SMALL SIZE HAIL AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY OF THE STRONGER STORMS. THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.
