NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BLOW AT 15 TO 30 MPH...WITH A FEW GUSTS TO 45 TO 50 MPH. THAT WILL MAKE TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S FEEL LIKE ITS IN THE UPPER TEENS TO LOWER 20S.
