A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS WILL RANGE FROM AROUND A TENTH OF AN INCH ACROSS INLAND AREAS...AND BETWEEN ONE HALF AND ONE INCH ALONG AND NEAR THE COASTAL AREAS OF THE EASTERN FLORIDA PANHANDLE AND WESTERN BIG BEND.
