NOW...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE EAST ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI AND SOUTHWEST ALABAMA THROUGH 700 PM THIS EVENING. THE STRONGEST AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL EXTEND FROM CHATOM TO MCLAIN TO JUST EAST OF WIGGINS. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS THE MAIN HAZARD EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS...HOWEVER A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH WINDS TO AROUND 45 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY THIS EVENING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF NEARLY TWO INCHES PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME WITH SOME OF THE STORMS. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE THAT A FEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS COULD FORM... MAINLY OVER SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI AND EXTREME WESTERN ALABAMA. THE MAIN HAZARD WITH ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.
