SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN AGAIN LATER TONIGHT AND CONTINUE OVERNIGHT ALONG WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AS WEST WINDS WILL LIKELY GUST TO NEAR 30 MILES PER HOUR. VISIBILITIES COULD DROP TO LESS THAN 1 HALF MILE DUE TO BLOWING SNOW.
