.NOW...SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS MUCH OF THE QUAD STATE AS OF 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY EXTENDING FROM THE LAKES REGION TO THE PENNYRILE IN WESTERN KENTUCKY. WHILE MOST OF THE ACTIVITY IS LIGHT...ISOLATED LOCATIONS MAY SEE A DUSTING. OTHERWISE THE MAJORITY OF THE AREA WILL SEE LITTLE OR NO ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION. WEST WINDS WILL PERSIST THROUGH TONIGHT AT 15 TO 25 MILES PER HOUR. USE CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING TONIGHT AS THERE WILL BE SOME SLICK SPOTS. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR PATCHY BLACK ICE PARTICULARLY ON LESSER TRAVELED ROADS.
