GUSTY WINDS AND BLOWING SNOW WILL ACCOMPANY ANY SNOW SHOWER OR SQUALL AND VISIBILITIES MAY FALL TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES. BETWEEN 8 PM AND 11 PM...A QUICK COATING TO ONE AN INCH OF SNOW COULD FALL FROM THESE. OUTSIDE OF THIS BAND...SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS COULD PRODUCE A QUARTER TO ONE HALF OF AN INCH OF SNOW.
