GUSTY WINDS AND BLOWING SNOW WILL ACCOMPANY ANY SNOW SHOWER OR SQUALL AND VISIBILITIES MAY FALL TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES. BETWEEN 10:30 PM AND 1 AM...A QUICK HALF OF AN INCH TO ONE INCH OF SNOW COULD FALL FROM THESE. OUTSIDE OF THIS BAND SNOW SHOWERS MAY PRODUCE A DUSTING OF SNOW.
