A LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE FROM ALTO TEXAS...TO CARTHAGE...TO STONEWALL LOUISIANA...TO RINGGOLD...TO RUSTON...TO STERLINGTON...WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHWARD ACROSS EAST TEXAS...AND NORTH LOUISIANA THROUGH THE LATE NIGHT HOURS. ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. ANY STORMS THAT DO DEVELOP WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME SEVERE...AND CAUSE FLASH FLOODING...AS THE SOILS ARE ALREADY SATURATED FROM PREVIOUS RAINFALL.
