THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE IN AREA FROM RAGLEY TO CHURCH POINT TO OAKDALE TO SIMMESPORT. OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING...WIND GUSTS TO 30 MPH...AND VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STORMS. RAINFALL RATES WILL BE BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES PER HOUR WHICH MAY CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND LOW LYING AREAS.
