VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO DROP RAPIDLY TO BELOW ONE MILE...AND IN LOCALIZED AREAS...TO BELOW ONE-QUARTER MILE...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE WESTERN SHORE OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY. DENSE FOG...WITH VISIBILITIES BELOW ONE-QUARTER MILE...WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE TONIGHT ALONG AND EAST OF THE BLUE RIDGE... WHERE LOW-LEVEL ATMOSPHERIC MOISTURE CONTENT WILL REMAIN HIGH.
