DENSE FOG...WITH VISIBILITIES BELOW ONE-QUARTER MILE...WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE TONIGHT ALONG AND EAST OF THE BLUE RIDGE... WHERE LOW-LEVEL ATMOSPHERIC MOISTURE CONTENT WILL REMAIN HIGH.
