THROUGH 7 AM...THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL WILL OCCUR ACROSS CENTRAL AND EASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY AND WESTERN PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY. SNOWFALL RATES WITHIN THE HEAVIER SNOW BANDS WILL AVERAGE ONE TO TWO INCHES AN HOUR.
