.NOW...THE TAIL END OF ANOTHER LAKE EFFECT SNOW BAND WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE REGION EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. MOST OF THE SNOW IS VERY LIGHT, BUT WITHIN THIS BAND, THERE WERE A FEW GREATER INTENSITY SNOW SHOWERS. THEY MIGHT BE HEAVY ENOUGH TO BRIEFLY PUT DOWN A FRESH COATING, ESPECIALLY ON ALREADY SNOWY OR ON GRASSY SURFACES. TEMPERATURES WILL STRUGGLE TO RISE INTO THE 30S AND NORTHWEST WINDS WILL REMAIN BRISK, AVERAGING 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 30 MPH.
