THROUGH 3 AM...THE HEAVIER SNOW BANDS WILL AFFECT THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA...LOUDOUN...FAIRFAX AND PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTIES THROUGH 3 AM. GENERALLY SNOWFALL AMOUNTS WILL AVERAGE ONE HALF TO ONE INCH AN HOUR...BUT WITHIN THE HEAVIER SNOW BANDS...SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES AN HOUR WILL BE LIKELY.
