THE STEADY RAIN IS MOVING NORTH OUT OF IOWA INTO SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA. A WIDESPREAD TENTH OF AN INCH IS EXPECTED OVER MOST OF THE SOUTHEAST HALF OF MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN...BY NOON TODAY.
