THE MISSISSIPPI DELTA...SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS AND NORTHEAST LOUISIANA WILL SEE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS THROUGH 10 AM... ESPECIALLY FROM AROUND CROSSETT TO GREENVILLE TO CLEVELAND AREAS AND FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL BE POSSIBLE. OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING STRIKES...GUSTY WINDS UP TO 40 MPH...AND DOWNPOURS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR ARE POSSIBLE WITH THE THUNDERSTORMS.
