LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINFALL AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING STRIKES CAN BE EXPECTED FROM THIS ACTIVITY. HOURLY RAINFALL RATES OF ONE QUARTER TO ONE THIRD OF AN INCH WILL BE COMMON. IN ADDITION TO THE RAINFALL... PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL RESTRICT VISIBILITY TO ONE MILE OR LESS. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE EXTREME CAUTION DUE TO RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITY.
