THE MOST PERSISTENT VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS WILL FAVOR THE AREA FROM RUIDOSO TO CLINES CORNERS...LAS VEGAS AND RATON WHERE VISIBILITIES WILL DROP BELOW ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES. ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN UNDER 1 INCH.
