THE RAIN WILL BE LIGHT...WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH EXPECTED IN MOST AREAS THROUGH 730 AM. PATCHY FOG ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN A MILE IN SOME LOCATIONS.
