THE DENSE FOG WILL BE MOST WIDESPREAD IN RIVER VALLEYS AND MOUNTAIN VALLEYS WHERE VISIBILITIES WILL DROP TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. VISIBILITIES WILL START TO IMPROVE LATER TONIGHT AS PRECIPITATION MOVES INTO THE REGION.
