VERY WINDY CONDITIONS WILL ONLY GET WORSE WITH THE HIGHEST WIND EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON. WIND CHILLS WILL WILL BE AROUND ZERO IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS FOR MANY MOUNTAINS LOCATIONS. SNOWFALL WILL BE GREATEST NEAR THE TENNESSEE BORDER.
