DURING THIS TIME LIGHT WINDS WILL BRIEFLY ALLOW SOME AREAS OF LOCALLY DENSE FOG. VISIBILITIES COULD DROP A LOW AS A HALF MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...USE YOUR LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE PLENTY OF DISTANCE AHEAD OF YOU. WINDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE AREA BETWEEN 2 AND 4 AM...WHICH WILL RAPIDLY ERODE THE FOG.
