MAINLY SNOW IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF THE NORTHERN MOUNTAIN AND FOOTHILL LOCATIONS...WHILE MORE OF A SNOW...RAIN...AND SLEET MIX WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE VALLEYS. LITTLE OR NO ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED THIS MORNING UNTIL HEAVIER PRECIPITATION DEVELOPS LATER THIS AFTERNOON.
