REACHING A LINE APPROXIMATELY FROM HOLLIS... TO PAULS VALLEY... TO SEMINOLE BY NOON. THE MAJOR IMPACT FROM THIS COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE WILL BE STRONG NORTH WIND SPEEDS BEHIND THE FRONT. WIND SPEEDS FROM 15 TO 25 MPH MAY BE EXPECTED... WITH A FEW GUSTS UP TO AROUND 30 MPH. THE WIND WILL BE STRONGEST NEAR AND JUST BEHIND THE FRONT. WIND SPEEDS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE SUBSTANTIALLY BY SUNSET.
