THE PRECIPITATION WAS STRETCHED FROM THE KANSAS BORDER WITH OSAGE...WASHINGTON...AND NOWATA COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA TO THE RED RIVER IN SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA. THROUGH 9 PM...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN LIKELY FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST...AS THE FRONT APPROACHES. HOURLY RAINFALL RATES OF SEVERAL TO TEN HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH CAN GENERALLY BE EXPECTED. HIGHER RATES OF RAINFALL WILL OCCUR WITH THUNDERSTORMS...MAINLY WEST OF HIGHWAY 75 IN EASTERN OKLAHOMA.
