.NOW...AT 1258 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADARS CONTINUED TO INDICATE WIDESPREAD RAIN AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. THE HEAVIEST RAINS WERE OCCURRING NORTH OF AN OKMULGEE TO STILWELL LINE. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. THROUGH 3 AM...PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN ALONG WITH SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL EXPAND ACROSS NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS...GENERALLY NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS AROUND A QUARTER OF AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE.
