.NOW...REGIONAL WEATHER DISCUSSION... RAIN AND POSSIBLY AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS PARTS OF OKLAHOMA THROUGH 5 AM. RADAR AT 245 AM INDICATED RAIN MAINLY MOVING ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL OKLAHOMA. THE RAIN WAS OCCURRING AROUND AN UPPER LEVEL LOW... THAT WAS MOVING NORTHEAST ACROSS CENTRAL OKLAHOMA. THE RAIN WILL MAINLY OCCUR NORTHEAST OF A LINE FROM CHEYENNE AND ELK CITY... TO CORDELL AND ANADARKO... TO MOORE AND SHAWNEE THROUGH 4 AM. ISOLATED SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA. RAINFALL RATES OF HALF AN INCH OR LESS PER HOUR WILL OCCUR. THE RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO END FROM THE SOUTHWEST EARLY THIS MORNING AS THE UPPER LOW CONTINUES TO MOVE NORTHEAST INTO EASTERN OKLAHOMA. OVER MUCH OF WESTERN NORTH TEXAS AND SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA... RAIN CHANCES HAVE ENDED AND REDEVELOPMENT IS NOT EXPECTED EARLY THIS MORNING. MEANWHILE... MOSTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY SKIES WERE OCCURRING ACROSS MUCH OF OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN NORTH TEXAS. PATCHY FOG MAY DEVELOP EARLY THIS MORNING IN SOME LOCATIONS WITH VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO 2 TO 5 MILES.
