SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE BEGINNING TO MOVE INTO EAST TEXAS FROM CENTRAL AND NORTHERN TEXAS...NEAR CLARKSVILLE AND TALCO...AND ALSO NEAR TYLER...JACKSONVILLE...RUSK...AND LUFKIN. ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. ANY STORMS THAT DO DEVELOP WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME SEVERE...AND CAUSE FLASH FLOODING...AS THE SOILS ARE ALREADY SATURATED FROM PREVIOUS RAINFALL.
