THOUGH NORTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP TO THE SOUTH AND EAST OF THIS LINE THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON...THE EFFECTIVE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE LITTLE. NORTH WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AS FAR SOUTH AS A LINE FROM SEYMOUR TEXAS...TO ARDMORE AND COALGATE OKLAHOMA BY 3 PM. THE MAJOR IMPACT FROM THIS COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE WILL BE FROM WIND SPEEDS.
