SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THAT DEVELOPED IN THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST AND NORTHEAST INTO PARTS OF NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL AFFECT LOCATIONS NORTHWEST OF A LINE FROM CHEYENNE... TO WAYNOKA AND ALVA. BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WILL BE THE MAIN CONCERN WITH THESE STORMS. SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY STRONG STORMS. MEANWHILE... A LARGE AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUES TO DEVELOP ACROSS NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PORTIONS OF KANSAS NEAR AND BEHIND A COLD FRONT. THIS FRONT AND THE ASSOCIATED STORMS WILL APPROACH AND POSSIBLY MOVE INTO PARTS OF NORTHERN OKLAHOMA BY EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. SO SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHERN AND WEST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA OVERNIGHT. OTHERWISE... CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN WARM OVERNIGHT ACROSS THE AREA WITH LOWS MAINLY IN THE MID TO UPPER 70S. CLOUDS WILL ALSO CONTINUE TO STREAM ACROSS THE REGION TONIGHT. AS THE FRONT MOVES SOUTH ACROSS THE AREA ON SATURDAY THE RAIN CHANCES WILL ALSO INCREASE AREAWIDE.
