THIS RAIN ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO STAY SOMEWHAT SPOTTY...BUT IF YOU ARE AFFECTED BY A STORM...YOU CAN STILL EXPECT BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND WIND GUSTS OF ABOUT 30 MPH. MOST OF THE STORMS WILL BE SEEN IN THE BENJAMIN...CROWELL...AND SEYMOUR TEXAS AREAS...AND FARTHER NORTH TOWARD LAWTON. THIS RAIN ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO WEAKEN AND EVENTUALLY DISSIPATE TOWARD MIDNIGHT. FARTHER NORTH...WHERE RAIN HAS BEEN MORE WIDESPREAD TODAY...WE WILL MAINLY SEE SCATTERED LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN SHOWERS...WITH ISOLATED STORMS STILL A POSSIBILITY. THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE IN COVERAGE TOWARD AND AFTER MIDNIGHT ACROSS THE NORTHERN ONE-THIRD OF OKLAHOMA AS A LOW-LEVEL JET INTENSIFIES AND INTERACTS WITH A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY THAT WILL EXIST OVER NORTHERN PORTIONS OF OKLAHOMA.
