SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 4 AM EDT FOR PORTIONS OF THE SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY. SHOWERS WILL REMAIN LIGHT WITH AROUND ONE TENTH OF AN ADDITIONAL INCH EXPECTED. SOME AREAS COULD SEE PATCHY FOG DEVELOP AND REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO AROUND A COUPLE MILES.
