TRAVEL WILL CONTINUE TO BE DIFFICULT IN SPOTS THIS MORNING. WINDS WILL BE ON THE LIGHT SIDE EARLY THIS MORNING...BUT WILL INCREASE BY LATE MORNING...AND BECOME GUSTY. THIS WILL RESULT IN BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF THE SNOW. IF ONE CAN DELAY TRAVEL TO LATER TODAY OR THURSDAY...IT WOULD BE BEST TO DO SO. AGAIN...TRAVEL WILL LIKELY BE DIFFICULT IN SPOTS THIS MORNING.
