AS TEMPERATURES WILL BE AT OR NEAR FREEZING...ICY SPOTS WILL BE LIKELY...MAINLY ON UNTREATED SURFACES. PERSONS TRAVELING ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS SHOULD USE CAUTION. GUSTY WINDS AND POOR VISIBILITIES WILL PREVAIL WITH THE HEAVIER SNOW.
