MOST OF THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR OVER THE EASTERN ONE THIRD OF THE PANHANDLES...FROM BORGER AND ALANREED...TO MIAMI AND WHEELER...TO CANADIAN AND ALLISON...TO LIPSCOMB AND HIGGINS. OTHER SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR FROM BOYS RANCH AND HARTLEY TO DUMAS...STRATFORD...GOODWELL...GUYMON AND BEAVER. BRIEF HEAVY RAINS AND SMALL HAIL CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THE STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS. THROUGH MIDNIGHT...HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO ONE TENTH INCH WILL BE COMMON...WHILE ISOLATED HOURLY AMOUNTS AROUND FOUR TENTHS INCH WILL OCCUR WITH THE STRONGER SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE NORTH ACROSS THE PANHANDLES THROUGHOUT THE EVENING AS AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES ACROSS THE SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE.
