THE MOST INTENSE STORMS WILL AFFECT CORSICANA...ATHENS...PALESTINE...AND CANTON THIS MORNING. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS MAY CAUSE FLOODING PROBLEMS IN SOME AREAS. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL GRADUALLY COME TO AN END ACROSS AREAS WEST OF INTERSTATE 35. HOWEVER...A COLD FRONT NEAR THE RED RIVER MAY PRODUCE A FEW THUNDERSTORMS NEAR GRAHAM...BOWIE...AND GAINESVILLE.
