MOVEMENT WILL BE EAST SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH AS THIS ACTIVITY AFFECTS THE SPEARMAN...PERRYTON...BEAVER...MIAMI...CANADIAN AND WHEELER AREAS. THROUGH 3 AM...HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO ONE TENTH INCH WILL BE COMMON...WHILE ISOLATED HOURLY AMOUNTS AROUND ONE HALF OF AN INCH WILL OCCUR WITH THE STRONGER SHOWERS. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE PANHANDLES THROUGHOUT THE EARLY MORNING HOURS AS AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE AREA.
