THESE STORMS HAVE INCREASED IN INTENSITY OVER THE LAST HOUR AND MAY CONTAIN LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. THESE STORMS WILL CROSS THE RIO GRANDE AND WILL AFFECT THE AREAS FROM DEL RIO TO QUEMADO AND NORMANDY.
