.NOW...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO FORM ACROSS MOST OF SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE APPROACHES FROM THE WEST. RAINFALL TOTALS WILL AVERAGE BETWEEN ONE HALF AND ONE INCH THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS. SOME THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS OVER ONE INCH. THE ACTIVITY WILL BE MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 TO 20 MPH. THE RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO LAST THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS.
