WINDS WILL GENERALLY BE CALM...ALTHOUGH AREAS ALONG THE BLUE RIDGE WILL EXPERIENCE EASTERLY WINDS GUSTING TO AROUND 25 MPH AT TIMES. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN IN THE UPPER 20S THIS EVENING.
