LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE BALTIMORE AND METROPOLITAN AREAS...NORTHERN VIRGINIA...AND THE POTOMAC HIGHLANDS THROUGH 900 PM EST. ACCUMULATION OF ONE TO TWO INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED THIS EVENING. VISIBILITY AT TIMES WILL BE REDUCED TO UNDER ONE HALF MILE...PARTICULARLY IN THE BURSTS OF MODERATE SNOW. LIGHT EAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE...EXCEPT OVER MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN WHERE GUSTS TO NEAR 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE. TEMPERATURES WILL HOLD IN THE 20S THROUGH 900 PM EST.
