LIGHT TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE SNOWFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE EASTERN PANHANDLE OF WEST VIRGINIA...NORTHERN VIRGINIA AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA THIS MORNING. THROUGH 7 AM...THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL WILL OCCUR ACROSS FAIRFAX...EASTERN LOUDOUN...PRINCE WILLIAM AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. SNOWFALL RATES WITHIN THE HEAVIER SNOW BANDS WILL AVERAGE ONE TO TWO INCHES AN HOUR.
